"Tao Gong" means "Tao's Work." Only Master Liao is currently teaching this ancient meditation technique in which lies the key to Taichi power. In this seminar, students will enjoy 4 sessions of TAO GONG meditation instruction with Master Liao. Tao Gong meditation is the root of effective Taichi practice and critical for developing strong and clear Chi and advancing in Chi and Tao work. This seminar is suitable for both beginning and advanced practitioners and will be the first of its kind in the United States.
